A small city where artists have been known to come to connect with their creative side and allow this to blossom, San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful, colorful and lively town. One can’t help but relax, let go and become Who they truly are here.

We are all connected to our Source Energy, whether we know it or not but we don’t always allow ourselves to feel the love, the extreme bliss and the abundance in all forms of our Source Energy. We easily have become who we thought we were supposed to be and have lost the connection to our authenticity, which is connected to our Source Energy.

Every year K2 holds a New Years Workshop that is about letting go of and closing out the old year, making room for a fresh, new year. Their yearly workshops are a time to tune into the desires we hold for the new year, directing the energies of ourselves and our new year in the direction we prefer.

Itinerary for the week:

Sunday the 27th and Sunday, Jan 3rd are travel days. A welcoming class may be held on the evening of the 27th if participant’s schedules permit. This is a bonus gathering offering logistical information and often a first meditation.

Every day the group will gather to do processing and to work with Kris and Kalyn. As has become very popular and requested, Kalyn will often bring The Oracle though to assist in guiding participants and in sharing esoteric teachings on our path to enlightenment and our dream lives. The Oracle often speaks about getting into our Golden Flow(TM), that place where things seem to run smoothly in life and fall into place because we are so connected with our Source Energy. With few to no exceptions, participants always come to that connected, flowing place under the enchanting meditative processes experienced on journeys.

Every day of our journey will allow time for participants to take a leisurely lunch (with the group or on their own) in el centro, the plaza. One free day is scheduled, usually mid week, to allow participants a day to get of free exploration. For this day, participants may be interested in renting an ATV to drive around the city, going gallery hopping, seeing the local mercados, markets, or the local artisan shops. Day trips can even be scheduled an arranged to nearby cities of Dolores, known for its ceramics, or Guanajuato, famous for its mummy museum and underground roads.

Our week will include a trip to La Gruta (hot spirng pools), weather permitting, and a day excursion to Teotihuacan.

Lodging Costs:
Lodging at Posada Carmina, which includes breakfast, is available for $350 per week per person (double-occupancy) or $240 per week per person (four people to one room) . The hotel is very affordable. Posada Carmina is a quaint, typical Mexican Hotel. It is located right off El Centro, in the middle of San Miguel de Allende.

Please note that the hotel rates are based on 13 pesos per USD (presently very favorable). If the exchange rate changes, the rates could be adjusted up. Also, typically Mexican hotels have ‘matrimonial’ size beds, which are slightly smaller than a queen size bed. For double occupancy, two people would share a bed. For quadruple occupancy, 4 people would share two beds.

We have blocked off rooms for our group for a limited time. Other Fees, Activities & Meals:
For our two excursions, to La Gruta & to Teotihuacan, participants will need to bring $90 USD. This will be collected upon arrival by our School Administrator to pay the costs of transportation to the excursions and their entrances. Bus ride from San Miguel de Allende to the pyramids of Teotihuacan is about 4 hours.

Participants will also need to bring money for a taxi/shuttle to and from the airport, meals (except breakfast when your lodging includes breakfast) and any other personal expenses. Meals, on average, cost between $6 to $20 USD for lunch or dinner.

Transportation to San Miguel de Allende
Depending on where you are flying from, you have several airports you can fly into for San Miguel de Allende. The closest airports to fly to are Leon and Queretaro, but you can also fly into Mexico City.

Transportation to the airports costs between $40 USD to $100 USD, depending on whether it is a taxi or shuttle. We will provide participants with a list of taxis and shuttles or can assist you in coordinating transportation. If participants give us their arrival information, we would be happy to help coordinate transportation from your airport to San Miguel de Allende. When possible, we can help you travel with other participants, reducing the cost of your portion of the taxi.

Cancellation Policy:

To September 1st: 50% penalty of any deposits/payments made for the Toltec Mystery School Fee

To December 1st: 75% penalty of any deposits/payments made for the Toltec Mystery School Fee.

After December 1st: 100% penalty of deposits/payments made for the Toltec Mystery School Fee. At Tesoro de Santa Fe Inc.’s discretion up to 85% of deposits/payments can be credited to a future Tesoro de Santa Fe Inc., or Lightwurks LLC event.

My wife Kalyn and I travel frequently. I am writing this from the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende in Mexico where we have been living the last month. The town is full of colors, sounds, wonderful food, friendly people, colonial style buildings, cobblestone streets, and language – all different from where I live. Here I am continually surrounded by an environment ‘foreign’ to my habitual surroundings back home.

When driving in Mexico, for example, one must let go of their notions of how to drive, who yields when, speed, distances between cars…it is all very different. San Miguel de Allende is a City with a population of 140,000 people. There are accordingly many cars, but in the main part of the City, there are no traffic signals! Yet traffic flows in seemingly magical ways. When driving you must let go of the rules of driving, written and unwritten ones, you have from your home country, otherwise you will not get very far (and you risk pissing off a lot of people). In North America, for example, if you are entering a main street from a small side street, you wait until there is a break in traffic before you proceed. Pull out in front of someone and you are likely to see a finger pointed at you in a not so pleasant way. Not so in San Miguel de Allende. Here you must pull out in front of oncoming cars. They will not stop for you, but will slow down just enough to let you in. If you wait until there are no cars coming to pull out onto the main highway, people get angry because they will have slowed down for you and you didn’t go. You are expected to pull out in front of oncoming cars!

When traveling, your psyche is bombarded by newness. This affects you in profound ways. In Toltec terms, your perception is held by your assemblage point. In simple terms, the assemblage point takes the infinite All That Is, or the Nagual, and holds a position in it that determines your perception. You do not perceive outside of the position held by your assemblage point.  Part of what holds your assemblage point in a certain position is your surroundings. When you change your surroundings, as you do when traveling, you enable your assemblage point to Flow, freeing up your perception. When your assemblage point becomes fluid, you are able to move and live in the Golden Flow of the now moment. The Source that you are (Toltecs refer to your Source or Higher Self as the Dreamer), can move freely through you and into your life. Your creativity is enhanced and your desires are empowered enabling you to manifest what your dreams, hopes and desires. This is an important part of the Law of Attraction, and is a key many miss.

Have you ever wondered why writers often travel and live in different countries? Now you know. Traveling frees up the assemblage point allowing increased perception and creative flow. This is one reason coffee shops are so popular. Getting out of your home and sipping on a cup of coffee frees up your psyche and expands your view of the world.

A core focus on the Toltec path is expanding your perception of self and the world around you. People perceive so little of what is. Just beyond the average person’s perception are entire worlds of beauty, energy, and love. If you wait until there are no cars coming to pull out onto the main highway, people get angry because they will have slowed down for you and you didn’t go. You are expected to pull out in front of oncoming cars!

When traveling, your psyche is bombarded by newness. This affects you in profound ways. In Toltec terms, your perception is held by your assemblage point. In simple terms, the assemblage point takes the infinite All That Is, or the Nagual, and holds a position in it that determines your perception. You do not perceive outside of the position held by your assemblage point.  Part of what holds your assemblage point in a certain position is your surroundings. When you change your surroundings, as you do when traveling, you enable your assemblage point to Flow, freeing up your perception. When your assemblage point becomes fluid, you are able to move and live in the Golden Flow of the now moment. The Source that you are (Toltecs refer to your Source or Higher Self as the Dreamer), can move freely through you and into your life. Your creativity is enhanced and your desires are empowered enabling you to manifest what your dreams, hopes and desires. This is an important part of the Law of Attraction, and is a key many miss.

Have you ever wondered why writers often travel and live in different countries? Now you know. Traveling frees up the assemblage point allowing increased perception and creative flow. This is one reason coffee shops are so popular. Getting out of your home and sipping on a cup of coffee frees up your psyche and expands your view of the world.
